Gift Subscription FAQs

• Can I address the gift subscription to another person but pay for it myself?

  Yes! We ask for a billing address and a shipping address, so you can pay for a present and have it shipped directly to the recipient. We do not add personal messages or cards at this time. If you want to include a card, we recommend shipping the box to yourself so you can write a card and wrap it as you wish.

• If I purchase a gift subscription, will it auto-renew or is it a one-time purchase?

  All gift subscriptions are a one-time purchase and do NOT auto-renew! You will pay for the total length of the subscription at the checkout, and your card will NOT be re-charged when the subscription ends.

• When will the gift recipient receive their boxes?

  The first gift box will ship 2-3 business days after your order has been placed. The remaining boxes in your subscription cycle will process on the same day the following months. For example, if you order a gift subscription on 5/5, your first box will ship within 2-3 business days. Your second box will ship ~6/8, and the third box ~7/8.
